If you are having trouble displaying the frames, you must upgrade to at least Netscape 4 or MS Internet Explorer 4. Many older browsers will not correctly display frames. There is support for non-frames browsers, but it may not look pretty.

Users using IE5.5SP2 or IE6 may encounter problems with content on this site. Microsoft has dropped support for Netscape style plug-ins intentionally [see tech article on MS website], which will require you to reload all new plug ins based on ActiveX. This will affect many web sites, not just SWING. (Download QuickTime from the link below)

Your computer may also have problems displaying content from other websites, such as the weather bug from WUNDERGROUND, or visitor information from counters. This also reflects privacy changes Microsoft has implemented and will require me to learn at least enough XML to write a privacy statement. [P3P] Just got to love Microsoft, eh?

You must have the FREE installed on your system, or another CODEC that will read QuickTime in order to view the movies on this site.

Correctly installed, will display documents right in your browser, resizing proportionally to fit your screen, and your printer.

MailTo URLs assume the computer you are working on is your own, and that you have correctly set up a POP type email program to run locally. If you use Yahoo! Mail, HotMail, or any other web based E-mail service, you will have to start a new browser window, enter your web based E-mail service, and then copy the address into the "To:" field.
